Small Habits That Support Long-Term Health
Prevention often begins with small, realistic steps: movement, nutrition, sleep, stress care, and regular follow-up.
Preventive health does not have to feel overwhelming. Many people do better when they start with small habits they can repeat: a daily walk, a balanced breakfast, better sleep, or scheduling the appointment they have been postponing.
Simple steps can help: walk after meals, choose water more often, add vegetables and fiber, keep regular sleep times, and make time to manage stress.
Before starting a new exercise or diet plan, especially if you have a medical condition, speak with your healthcare professional.
